I've been hearing some things about you. Good things. Wonderfully interesting charming things. Thoughtful creative locals, affordable rent, dreamy architecture. So I have to ask, and I mean no disrespect so please excuse me but, are you really freakin serious?
We're wandering Montreal with equally lovely local Ali Inay @inayali. A man of many talents, Ali is studying for his Masters in Economics, and shoots photography "on the side. I love learning and meeting with new people. Especially through Instagram and photography I have met with so many creative people who are doing good for others. For instance two days ago I took photos for a project called “We Do Something.” –a lunch/dinner series that raises money for Syrian refugees through dinners." And if that wasn't enough to charm you, we are talking about a Montrealer after all... @inayali's instagram project is something we've very much so all about. "#mtlcafecrawl: it’s my baby! Started as a way to document my coffee shop adventures in Montreal and turned into project to support the local coffee culture. The hashtag has over 15K photos under it on Instagram and it’s great way to discover new spots!" Seriously,
Hi everybody! This is @inayali here 😊 I'll be showing you the musts as well as the secret spots in Montreal this week. First stop: the colourful streets of Plateau. I have brought many friends of mine visiting the city to this particular street, Rue Drolet. It's full of amazing architecture and color coordinated houses. Let me know if you'd like to know more about an aspect of the city!
The only spot in Montreal where you can find syphon coffee! The decoration is also my favourite in the city. If you wanna meet with friends or just enjoy the afternoon light while reading a book, stop by this place. ✨
