I showed @dinelianoel's Instagram to a friend, and their response was, "I want to go to there." Bright colorful photos, fresh foods, coffee, and sun. So much sun. It's the endless summer I've been dreaming about all year. And from what Dinelia Noel told us, it seems kind of impossible to be bored in Sacramento, CA.
The coffee devotee Dinelia interns for @unseenheroes, "a lifestyle event agency. We create unforgettable experiences through interactive events. We run @displaycalifornia which is a rotating pop up shop featuring products from local makers. As well as, @gathernights a monthly community dinner during the summer. We also help create the @midtownfarmersmarket, @gooddesignmarket, and sooo much more. Our goal is to help create community in Sacramento... There's always something going on and someone to hang out with. Everyone's super friendly and we all kind of have a connection. It's very easy to just comment on someone you've never met Instagram post asking to hang out and they will most likely say yes."

Good afternoon guys! @dinelianoel here and I'm super excited to share Sacramento with you. I wanted to start with the best coffee shop in Sacramento @templecoffeeroasters. Sacramento has a growing coffee scene, but this shop, hands down, knows what they're doing. I don't play when it comes to a good cup of coffee so if you only have an hour in Sacramento and your in desperate need for caffeine you have to go to one of their locations, they take their coffee just as seriously as you do.
#localxsacramento + #outwithlocals
It's raining here in Sacramento which doesn't happen often! So I spent this mornin taking it slow and easy. I stopped by my favorite cold pressed juice shop for some @liquidologybar. I can never get enough of their juice or the sweet sweet owners!
Last night my team @unseenheroes hosted a picnic at Sutter's Fort to preview #sacratomato, a tomato festival happening here in July. Sutter fort was built in 1839 and is famous for its association with the Donner Party, the California Gold Rush and the formation of Sacramento. It's so cool living in a city with history.
The #sacfarm2fork culture is really amazing here. And that of course means there's lots of farms to take pictures at, with permission of course ;)! It's always so fun to explore farms around town and learn more about where our food and produce comes from.
Thank you all for following along this week and checking out my version of Sacramento. I'm gonna end it with a view of our beautiful lake. I can't tell you how much I love Sacramento and think it's an incredible city. If you want more recommendations feel free to follow or DM me. If you're stopping by here I would love to connect in person! Instagrammers make great real life friends!!
